I have finally decided to re-work our family website after many inquiries as to why it was just sitting here with no updates. After Clay and Mom both died I really had no desire desire to update the site as all of the news seemed bad. The reasons are many however, one of the major reasons being lack of time. Rhonda and I are involved in a number of home improvement and landscaping projects and have been for years now. I will however, try to find the time to maintain this site.

Having been so long since I built a website I have found that much has changed. Many of the tecniques that used to work have been depricated and no longer work. I have to come up with new ways of doing things. It takes a lot of trial and error and frustration. Given that let me say that if you are using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to visit this site you will miss out on some of the features. I recommend reloading the site in Internet Explorer. Hopefully I can find a workaround.

Not being a bona-fide programmer my web development skills are quite limited but I'll do the best I can to make the site interesting and informative. It has been said that if a site is not complete it should not be published. If I wait for that to happen it will never get published. Just as before, Haworth.Net will continue to be a work in progress.
